Hardrock Legacy Acres

Welcome to Hardrock Legacy Acres!  We are a small horse farm in Effingham, IL.  We specialize in breeding and showing Arabian horses and Quarter Horses as well as Standardbred race horses and are lucky enough to have some gorgeous and athletic individuals to carry on the very best of their breed.

What We Do

Our goal is to produce high quality horses that their new owners can not only excel in the show pen but also enjoy as a companion at home.  We currently have 3 Straight Egyptian Arabian mares by some of the top stallions out there today, including Mishaal HP and Makhnificent KA.  One of these mares is the beautifiul Grace of Sinan.  Grace has more than proven herself with Egyptian Event Championships 2 years in a row and a Regional Reserve Championship.  We also have a gorgeous Smart Shiner Quarter Horse mare we use for barrel racing and other fun events. 

We train and condition our own horses for several different disciplines or at least get them started in order to send to some of the top trainers in the industry.  These disciplines include:

• Arabian Halter and conditioning 
• Quarter Horse Halter and conditioning
• Basic starting under saddle
